Muhammad Yeasir is a distinguished Bangladeshi educator, writer, phonetician, edupreneur, public speaker, and internationally trained teacher trainer. He is the Founder of TESOL Bangladesh, Listen Bangladesh, TESOL Kids' Center, TESOL Phonics Center, TESOL Elementary School, SpeedCal International, TESOL Publications, and Bangladesh Online School. Widely known as "The Phonetainer", he has become one of Bangladesh's leading voices in English Language Teaching, phonetics, phonics, spoken English, teacher training, and innovative education, especially in EdTech.

Muhammad Yeasir has a strong academic and professional background in both language education and business studies. He completed CELTA from the University of Cambridge UK, TESOL from the American TESOL Institute India, MA in English with specialization in ELT, and BBA and MBA from the University of Dhaka. In his earlier academic life, he achieved Board Stand in HSC and received the prestigious Prime Minister's Award, reflecting his exceptional academic excellence from a young age.

As an education entrepreneur, he has founded and led several major educational platforms including TESOLBD, TESOL Kids' Center, SpeedCal International, Bangladesh Online School, TESOL Podcast, TESOL Media, English with Yeasir (App), www.yeasir.net, and Listen Bangladesh. Through these initiatives, he has worked to make English learning more accessible, enjoyable, practical, and skill-based for learners, teachers, professionals, and children across Bangladesh and beyond.

He has served as an English Language Trainer for prestigious national training platforms including those run by the Police, BGB, and Army — including Police Staff College Dhaka and Army Medical Colleges. He has also worked as a trainer at the Prime Minister's Office, National Academy for Planning and Development (NAPD), BCS Administration Academy, and the ICT Ministry. He is an acclaimed trainer associated with a2i and শিক্ষক বাতায়ন, where he has contributed to teacher development and digital education in Bangladesh.

Before becoming a full-time education entrepreneur and trainer, Muhammad Yeasir served in academia as a Lecturer at United International University (UIU) and later as an Assistant Professor at the State University of Bangladesh (SUB). His academic experience has deeply influenced his teaching style, research-based training methods, and learner-friendly approach to English education.

As a writer and author, he has written books on IELTS, spoken English, English grammar, phonetics, phonics, and mental mathematics. His works focus on simplifying complex language concepts and making them useful for real-life communication. He is also known for developing practical learning systems, multimodal educational materials, and activity-based teaching methods for Bangladeshi learners.
